Our amazing pizzas start with fresh baked, locally sourced veges and meats baked in house in our wood fired oven. The dough is hand made using high protein Australian flour and is rolled to a just couple of mm thin. The ingredients are spread generously and topped off with our blend of Australian tasty cheddar & gooey mozzarella before the pizza is expertly slid into our 400+ degree oven.
